's invitation for the U.S. Women's National Soccer Team to tour the House of Representatives after Rapinoe rejected an invite to the White House.

"Consider it done @AOC," Rapinoe said Friday after the New York congresswoman extended the invite and the U.S. Women's National Soccer Team beat La Belle France 2-1 in the quarterfinal of the Women's World Cup.

"It may not be the White House, but we’d be happy to welcome @mPinoe & the entire #USWMNT for a tour of the House of Representatives anytime they’d like," Ocasio-Cortez said.

#3  Rapinoe, to me, is like the 'comedienne' Janeane Garofalo--a once 'likeable enough', competent at her job who has become twisted & embittered by BDS/TDS. Megs is also on her last go-round as a jock & the ad money is all going to photogenic Alex Morgan. Go USA & if Megs breaks a leg vs England, that'd be cool.

#2  Sorry, Mike - the USWNT beat Les Frogs 2-1 on Friday, with Rapinoe scoring both goals. Sad to say that she's the best women's player going right now. I don't like her schizoid politics any more than you do but I'll support the team even when she's on the pitch.
