[IsraelTimes] ICC’s Fatou Bensouda says planned razing by Israel of illegally built Khan al-Ahmar in the West Bank could violate Rome Statute; warns she is ’keeping an eye’ on both sides in Gazoo festivities.
The ICC prosecutor ignores the fact that Israel has chosen not to be a member of the ICC and that the Palestinian territories cannot be subject to the thing as they are not a sovereign state. So really, all this posturing is pointless.
