So how, exactly, Did Mr. Mueller's office obtain the flight manifest alerting him to Mr. Malloc's arrival? Is the Special Counsel somehow keyed into the TSA / U.S. Customs and Border Protection? Who authorized the interception and interrogation of Mr. Malloch?
