| [Right Scoop] The FBI released a transcript of the call they received about Nikolas Cruz before the shooting, and it’s crazy. The tipster couldn’t have made it more clear, and they still did nothing. The tipster says he was into ISIS, but that’s because of what she saw on his Instagram – we posted some of it here.
