An interesting comment I saw somewhere: Salman Abedi is acting like ISIS, but made a bomb like Al Qaeda.
The Telegraph liveblog stopped posting at 5:37 p.m. local time, after recording a return to the new normal: old activities have resumed under the watchful eye of more armed police and soldiers as Ramadan commences and ISIS calls for more attacks.
