| This doesn't prove that the judge himself is biased. As was pointed out to me on another forum, every state has bar associations for various minorities. Membership doesn't equal racism. The one with "La Raza" in the name apparently isn't the same odious "La Raza" that we know (though it's curious that they invite the confusion). But in the end, we're known in part by the company we keep. |
