Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Khamenei slammed the United States for its 'absolute embodiment' of arrogance.
During a meeting with a group of university students in Tehran on Saturday, Ayatollah Khamenei called on the land of the Medes and the Persians to be prepared to continue the struggle against arrogant powers. "US is perfect instance of Arrogance. Prepare yourselves for more fight against Arrogance," the Leader said.
"The campaign against arrogance is one of the principles of the [1979 Islamic] Revolution," he pointed out, adding that the Holy Qur'an mandates the drive against arrogance.
There is no respite from the campaign against arrogance, Ayatollah Khamenei stressed in response to a question by one of the students about the status of the campaign against arrogance after the conclusion of the nuclear talks with the P5+1 group of world powers.
