| Bomb kills five in northern Afghanistan |

| [Iran Press TV] A powerful bomb kaboom has killed five members of a family and injured a number of others in troubled northern Afghanistan, local officials say. Local Afghan officials said on Tuesday that the bomb went kaboom!inside the house of a police officer in the Grizwan district of the northern province of Faryab. Abdul Razaq Kakar, the governor of Grizwak district, confirmed that the dead included a police officer, his wife, son, daughter and a daughter-in-law. |
