[Gift of Givers web site] This should be thoroughly investigated by the both Congressional intelligence committees. If true, there is an obvious intelligence collection or intelligence dissemination breakdown.
Did the NGO bother to inform anyone of their negotiations? Did that anyone include the Americans, who are not mind readers?
