Prospective graduates would have to pass the 100-question, civics-inspired exam, while students who are immigrants who have applied for citizenship would have to correctly answer six to 10 questions randomly selection from the test, given to them verbally.I don't understand the rationale for immigrants only getting 10 questions and considering 60% a passing grade.
