[AlArabiya] At least five were wounded and eight went missing when gunmen on fishing boats attacked an Egyptian navy vessel in the Mediterranean on Wednesday, sources told Al Arabiya.
A military source said while a "unit of the naval sources was conducting combat activity in the Mediterranean, 40 nautical miles north of the port of Damietta, when a number of fishing boats opened fire from several directions."
The source said four boats were destroyed and 36 individuals were captured following an exchange of fire. |
