The downside of trying terrorists in a civilian court system. They'll all be released as planned.
It's been the plan all along. Close Gitmo, release the thugs, turn over all the documents, pay the lawyers at the "Center for Constitutional Rights" triple time and damages besides, and shut up anyone who disagrees.
