| Motorcyclists kill two policemen in Charsadda |

| [DAWN] CHARSADDA: Unidentified motorcyclists rubbed out two coppers in Shabaqadar Bazaar on Sunday. The assailants, riding a cycle of violence, managed to escape after killing Sheryar and Ayazullah, who were performing duty at Shabqadar Bazaar. Both the coppers were killed on the spot as they were shot in heir heads. The incident created panic among the shopkeepers and customers at the bazaar. The shopkeepers closed their shops after the firing incident. DPO Shafiullah Khan, who reached the site of occurrence, told journalists that such attacks could not stop police force to fulfil its mission of protecting lives and properties of people. He said that the attack was a reaction to successful raids and search operations by police in different parts of Charsadda. He vowed to continue action against miscreants and criminals. |
