| BAGHDAD/ Aswat al-Iraq: Security sources said here today that a Sadrist election's candidate was assassinated west of the capital on Friday. The source told Aswat al-Iraq that unknown gunmen attacked candidate Hamza al-Shammari and shot him to death in Ghazaliya area. |
