[Iran Press TV] Remnants of Iraq's Baath party, loyal to former dictator Saddam Hussein, are making a strategic alliance with al-Qaeda hard boyz to spread terror in the country, an analyst tells Press TV."The remnants of the Baath party and the remnants of the former regime, the Saddamists, are taking advantage of al-Qaeda and making a strategic alliance with al-Qaeda to spread terror in the country," political analyst, Intifad Qanbar said in an interview with on Wednesday.
The analyst noted that the two groups are using terror tactics to intimidate the people in light of the upcoming provincial elections in the country.
