"The ban would be effective from 8am to 10pm in Bloody Karachi, Hyderabad, Khairpur, Larkana, Sukkur, Mirpurkhas and Naushahro Feroze," said an official. "The decision is temporary and in fact part of security arrangements being made for the 12th of Rabi-ul-Awwal."
