FORT HOOD -- A military judge will hear arguments Tuesday on whether to delay the trial of an Army psychiatrist charged in the fatal 2009 shooting rampage at Fort Hood in Texas.

The real reason is to hold the Court Martial when they know a President is in the Oval office who will NOT prevent Hassan from being summarily executed by a full firing squad. In favor of the delay as long as conditions become right for that day to be assured. |
