The new ND refinery is quite small, (20,000 bpd) but looks like permitting is mostly complete. Maybe it flies beneath the EPA radar?
Mostly talking about the Bakken formation in ND, but Eagle Ford shale in Texas is also mentioned. The Superconducting Supercollider was started in the (Austin Chalk) formation just above the Eagle Ford, which I believe stretches from Dallas to Houston, maybe to San Antonio. |
