| Senior Haqqani commander nabbed in Afghanistan |

| One of the leaders of the Haqqani network, Haji Mali Khan, has been captured. He was nabbed during an operation by Afghan and coalition forces in Paktiya province, according to a statement. He was heavily armed but did not resist, the statement added. Haji Mali Khan was one of the top leaders in the network. |
