For those who might not know, the name Jeep comes from G.P., or "General Purpose" vehicle. It went from inspiration to production in about a month or two.

Try doing this with a hummer!

I'm having deja vu when I see how complicated a hummer is compared to a jeep, and I think about German tanks vs. American or Russian. Sometimes quantity and/or simplicity wins.
