Police facilities in Sabina Hidalgo and Monterrey, Nuevo Leon were attacked with hand grenades, according to Mexican news reports.
The Agencia Estatal de Investigaciones (AEI) facility on Calle Gonzalitos in southern Monterrey was hit by a hand grenade at about 2200 hrs Friday night. No one was reported hurt in the attack.
The grenade detonated in the middle of Calle Gonzalitos, damaging he pavement. The street was closed for an hour.
