| Ay Pee, so here's the summary: Back when all those videos came out of various ACORN staffers in various cities advising how to get mortgages for brothels providing underage foreign girls, Congress voted to freeze all federal funding to ACORN. ACORN sued, and a judge agreed they were entitled to the money. However, the appeals court disagreed with the lower court judge, freezing all disbursements. ACORN appealed to the Supreme Court, which on Friday refused to hear the case, thus upholding the appeals court ruling... and incidentally supporting the idea that Congress acted constitutionally. |
