| Homicide Rates Compared to D.C. & Gun Ban |

| Tables and graphs. Crime up, then down in D.C. after the ban. Baltimore and Philly are up, and New York City is the safest big city, with 19% the rate of D.C. Dallas is 37% of what it was in 1990, when I was there, so it must be my departure - not the concealed carry law - that made the difference. |
