Rep. Fortney Hillman Stark Jr. has apologized for his obnoxious comment about President Bush last week, which we noted Friday (with a follow-up yesterday). Breitbart.tv has the video, which includes one Bartlett-worthy quote:
"I hope that with this apology I will become as insignificant as I should be." At last! He says something we can all agree with.
We hope so too, but just to be sure, it might help if he were to resign, move out of state, and change his name.
Keep on it, Fortney, and never stop striving for insignificance. You can never be too insignificant. |
