The joint forces conducted a drive at the residence of the late Rear Admiral MA Khan, the father-in-law of Tarek Rahman, Sunday afternoon, sources said. According to the sources, a three-member team of the joint forces went to the residence, Mahbub Bhaban at house-40 of road-5 under Dhanmondi thana, at about 4.30 pm. Sources said that the joint force members stayed in the house of the late navy chief MA Khan for half an hour and talked to his wife Syada Iqbal Mand Banu. They talked about the properties of Syada Iqbal Mand Banu and TareqÂ’s wife Jobayeda Rahman, sources said adding that none was arrested and nothing was seized from the house. When contacted, Dhanmondi thana duty officer SI Mahfuzur Rahman told the New Nation that they were not aware of the incident.
