The spokesman ruled out foul play but did not say why Bhatt was on the busy line of a suburban train network that carries millions of commuters everyday. Bhatt, who joined the Mumbai police force in 1974, was part of an anti-terrorism squad formed following the attacks on seven Mumbai trains which left 183 people dead and nearly 900 injured on July 11. |
