| Notice the dead fellow in the back getting up. Apparently he was a bit impatient, a bit like the “dead” Muhammad al Durah [6] looking up from under his elbow, when he’s supposed to be dead. And the photo editor of the Washington Post apparently didn’t notice that there was a problem with what the folks back home were informed about what was going on in this picture.
