| CIA fighting al-Qaeda in Chitral |

| Under a deal reached last week with Pakistan, the United States has decided to send Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) officials to confront with the remarks [sic: remnants?] of Al-Qaeda in Chitral. It may be recalled that Chitral area is on the border with Afghanistan. It is close to Shia-dominated areas of Gilgit, according to report of Radio Tehran. |
