| Reg required In the carbon emissions futures market, 2005 allowances gained 70 cents to €19 a tonne, matching Monday's record peak, on the European Climate Exchange. No, I didn't make up that name. The rise in carbon prices has been pushed higher by rising gas and electricity prices and on fears industry may emit more carbon than the targets set by the European Union. |
