Scott MacInnes was knocked to the ground Monday by either one or both of the animals and sustained bites to the abdomen, head, neck, face and leg, the Anchorage Daily News reported. He underwent surgery at Central Peninsula General Hospital later that day.
"He'll recover," said sister Ann Mize of Anchorage. "He's lucky to be alive. He'll be in the hospital for at least a week." |
