Norway has joined 60 other countries where the terrorist al-Qaida network has established a foothold, says the International Institute for Strategic Studies. It said Norway's agreement to send troops to Iraq for "humanitarian" work after the invasion also placed the country on al-Qaida's list of targets, Aftenposten reported Thursday.
