  • Adding to the confusion, hundreds of revelers fired shots in the air in various Karachi neighborhoods to celebrate the New Year despite heavy police presence and tight security. At least 15 other people sustained bullet wounds as New Year's revelers fired into the air with automatic weapons in several other neighborhoods. One was in critical condition.
    And Happy New Year to you, too, you morons. (Cause? Effect? There's a relationship?) Assault rifles are regarded as Russian-manufactured manhood in South Asia, too.
