[Regnum] Crime boss Dulat Youlo (known as Akhmed Sutuly ) pleaded not guilty to occupying a high-ranking position in the criminal hierarchy. This was reported on October 20 by the Telegram channel "112."

According to investigators, since 1996, Youlo held a high position in the criminal hierarchy and extended his influence to the Moscow region, the Kostroma region, Chechnya, and Ingushetia. As a result, in 2019, a case was opened under Article 210.1 of the Russian Criminal Code, and in 2022, the court acquitted him of this charge based on a jury verdict that found no criminal offense in his actions.
Criminal cases had previously been brought against the crime boss. In 2018, he was arrested in Krasnogorsk for heroin possession and subsequently taken into custody.
In late March, crime boss Konstantin Piskarev, nicknamed "Kostya Bolshoi," was sentenced to life imprisonment for mass murder. [Regnum] The Russian army is set to introduce unmanned armored vehicle units. This was announced on October 20 by Russian Deputy Defense Minister General of the Army Yunus-Bek Yevkurov.
In an interview with the Zvezda TV channe, he recalled the Center-2026 exercises that ended on October 3.
"Since 2019, we've been working on a vehicle that has proven itself in the SVO zone. It's a combat vehicle for tank protection, which we call the BMPT. It has good armament, sights, observation devices, and is also unmanned. We should also have unmanned tank units—that's what we've just tested at the training ground. Combat vehicles are being developed to cover these tanks, along with a large number of ground robotic systems that perform various functions, including evacuating the wounded, laying mines, and clearing mines. The robots also perform reconnaissance," Yevkurov said.
The general noted that all of the aforementioned tasks pose a significant risk to personnel. While unmanned systems are currently slower than manned forces, they can still save lives, the deputy minister noted.

Did Israel already have something like this, to rescue the wounded from battlefields and the like?
I can see how this can be incredibility useful in various SAR mission (both versions) in the civilian world.
Only thing would be to have somekind of robotic arms and the ability to attach a harness or use a backboard, including attaching very carefully a neck collar and maybe splints as nessesary.
In the pictures above and in the article, it just showed the wounded solder attaching the harness to the drone himself, so it's of limited use for unconscious personnel unless there's someone else to put harness on the victim and to attach it to the drone.
Still a nice concept, that can be developed from one of the man caring "air taxi" models or even a heavy lift delivery drones.
