If their intent is destabilization, distraction, and using our own monies and vices to do so...then it is successful. Perhaps they are paying us back for the alleged heroin campaign conducted against them by the Agency over the past decades.

The constant levels of overdose deaths, violence, and corruption here in Tennessee were enough to give me PTSD last year...this is a clear and present danger and it on our southern border and fueled via an apparent proxy war by the PRC.
