A court case, over clearly ILLEGAL Migrants. Persons of questionable un-investigated backgrounds and possible threats to the USA.

Persons that would not have been here to begin with.
IF the O'Biden Regime had done its constitutional mandated duties and enforced the US Border.

Either way, more of our tax $$$$$ at work.
