#3 Disproportionate drug use by certain protected classes of the demokrat political base cannot be reported negatively, so either it is somehow excused as systemic racism, or, in this case, simply ignored. Protecting innocent newborns is less important than avoiding criticism of pregnant black women using recreational drugs in total disregard for the lives of the children they carry.
