#3 #1 The aid Egypt receives can be traced to the Kissinger accords which led in the nineteen eighties to the demilitarization of the Sinai. It continued to this date well after Egypt re-occupied the Sinai. However, in accord with the Agreement begun under Kissinger, to this date both Egypt and Israel receive an annual stipend -- basically for keeping the peace.

#6 Bibi should mention in his next speech that Israel understands that El Sisi acts under constraints, but he is a true friend of Israel - there are some things that cannot be mentioned in a public speech - and an enemy of Islamic fundamentalism.
