#2 Woodward MPC, a subsidiary of Woodward, Inc. (a long time Illinois controls manufacturer), makes actuators and motion controls for a lot of industries including aviation and aerospace (with all those icky missiles).

Based on the 'Seven men and 26 women' ratio, my guess is that most of the guys were there for the hot anarchist chicks.
