Japan downgrades major tsunami warning, which had indicated a risk of 3m waves or more, for the Noto Peninsula in Ishikawa.

Instead, a less serious "tsunami warning" has been issued for the area.

BTW: Just checked out a few Japan's west coastal Live Webcams using "worldcam.eu", "Youtube Live" , "EarthCam" and www.live-cam.pref.niigata.jp. All seem to be having connectivity issues.
