An since Rain has always happened from time to time in the area.

Then wouldn't the sewer designers have taken into account the Human and Rain Drainage demands?

So since rain has always happened in cycles and we are total 100's of 1000's have fled the GAZA area.

Therefore, wouldn't there be a lot less Human use of the Sewers?

So it seems this is a Non issue, unless Hamas is also using the sewers.
