#1 first, there has to be a Gaza to 'occupies'

First there's no more 'Gaza'.

Palestinian have proven they cannot govern themself and maintain any semblance of peace, so they lost it all. Current Palestinians would be moved elsewhere!

I vote that there is no more Gaza period!

Bring in the bulldozers and then the Strip Mining Remediation teams. Within a year or two the Gaza Mediterranean Wildlife Sanctuary can open as a habitat for birds and native species.

While you're at it, you might as well start paving Gaza. When President Trump invokes the War Powers act to build the "Peace" resort hotel complex, we'll need parking. With a little work and a lot less fighting, the place could be a paradise AND an economic engine. That is a better state than being a deleted expletive on the world's bum as it is now.
