#5 With all of the "eye in the sky" observers floating overhead I wonder just how hard it would be to mask anything? The missiles can be obscured by the old "shell game shuffle" by moving dummy missiles around to hide the real ones, but the logistics effort to build an installation ...hiding that? Hard, very hard.

#6 The Soviet Choo-choo train strategy had merit, especially when you had areas with lots of tunnels to play hide the pea with mock-ups.
