#1 ...For Google/YouTube, 'terms of service' are whatever they say they are at any given time, so that's not much of a problem.

But if they've been charging too much and somebody can prove it, that's something else entirely.

Don't want pictures of your front door online? Pay us.
It's gone from "information wants to be free" to "we own all this information, and we'll decide what you get to see".
