From wiki:Hemetti stated to African Union officials his co-responsibility in carrying out the 23 November 2004 Adwa massacre and rapes in South Darfur.[10] Since 2013,[11][12] Hemetti has commanded the Rapid Support Forces (RSF),[13][14] which, according to Human Rights Watch[15] and professor Eric Reeves,[16] was responsible for crimes against humanity, including systematic killings of civilians and rapes, in Darfur in 2014 and 2015. The RSF was widely claimed to hold major responsibility for the 3 June 2019 Khartoum massacre while Hemetti continued to be its leader.[17][5] Hemetti used the RSF to take control of gold mining operations in 2017.[18]
Dagalo/Hemetti is from the Rizayqat tribe of Darfur, north Sudan's most notorious collection of savages. The tribe was the most determined antagonist in the Army's sixty year war against South Sudan.
