#5 India and China are the only nuke countries with a formal NFU policy. Of course, it's only a kind of resolution. Immaterial in the heat of real world conditions.

NFU is dumb. Might as well wait for the bombs to fall stoically. MAD is dumb too. And humanity will not be allowed to mutually assuredly destruct from on high.

#8 Naah I wouldn't say superior. A lot of the 'boo hoo hoo our capabilities are not that groovy' is often disinformation for the osint rubes to propagate. The USA is still the most dangerous dawg in the game. And that's a good thing. Except for the pols who run it. People you can't trust with a cigar let alone a nuke.
