Ms. Susman, though...given the supposed 'family' culture at Pixar, one would have thought she'd have a job for life. Or is it so bad (Pixar's next, Elemental, is rumored to have issues) that 'family' doesn't matter as much as throwing somebody to the wolves...?

#6 These layoffs just give competitors the chance to scoop up the non-talent so they can also churn out dreadful and offensive content. You get the feeling that eventually Pixar will be letting us know why their most marketable character is called Woody in an upcoming tryst with Mr Potato Head. Those bad puns used to be the fodder of the naughty movie industry. Pixar is robbing them of their non-intellectual property.
