#5 Intellectually the thing I find most appalling is the Permanence -- we do not have any medical skill to undo the damage. The fact that children are too young to make such a decision is the rotting cherry on this excrement sundae...

I thought about having a tattoo many years ago and the thought 'Would I still want this thirty (30) years from now?" dissuaded me. What if a child really, really wanted to grow up and be a Pirate, everybody likes Pirates right, and wanted his right hand removed so a hook prostheses could be implanted. Would one of these ghouls perform the procedure?
