#1 So states have to sue the DC Swamp LSD's to get it to adhere to US LAW and the US Constitution, and carry out their sworn duties?

Failures, which have already resulted in:

Which resulted in an estimated 200,000+ imported illegal drug deaths in 2022 alone. CDC data says 66.5% of which involved synthetic opioids, primarily illicitly manufactured fentanyl or fentanyl, during 2022

12.4++ Million Illegals NOW residing in the USA, costing taxpayers jobs, plus costing the US taxpayer approximately $132 billion annually. While paying NO Social Sec., Income, employment taxes...other than sales taxes.

Plus over 1,000+ ANTI-USA suspected terrorists & Socialists walking in, via the Southern Open Border

Question:
Will the SCOTUS vote on Political Party agenda lines, or actually ENFORCE the US Constitution.

#3 The Constitution was ratified by the states. The states created the Federal government. It is mysterious to me why states can not sue the entity that they created. The Feds were chartered to perform several jobs none of those had anything to do being a bathroom ref. How can nobody have standing to question the derelict DC dingleberries?
