Doctor Jill: 'We Will Lose All of Our Rights' if Another Republican Gets on Supreme Court |
2024-05-31 |
[BREITBART] First Lady Jill Biden said Wednesday on ABC’s "The View" that we will "lose all of our rights" if another Republican is confirmed to the Supreme Court. Sara Haines said, "Women are likely to play a crucial role in November and we’ve heard bragging about stripping women’s reproductive rights, 14 states have a total ban on Biden said, "It could get a lot worse under a Trump presidency. I mean, you have to believe him when he uses words like dictator, bloodbath, third term, violence. We’ve seen it so when he says these words, believe him. Don’t think this isn’t going to happen." She continued, "And women’s rights, absolutely women’s rights and IVF. I mean, we have have to have a choice. Joe wants to codify Roe and we have to. We have to fight hard so we get it back." Biden added, "We keep thinking this won’t be taken away, but we cannot take things for granted because they can. And think of the Supreme Court for God’s sake. Talk about things getting worse. Can you imagine if we put any more Republicans on the Supreme Court? No. We will lose all of our rights. We are taking about all our rights, women’s right, gay rights." DOJ reaches settlement with ex-FBI 'lovebirds' caught in anti-Trump text scandal |
2024-05-31 |
[FOXNEWS] Former FBI officials Peter Strzok and Lisa Page have settled with the Justice Department over alleged privacy rights violations after the release of their disparaging text messages leveraged by former President Trump to challenge the Russia investigation during his presidency. The settlement is still pending finalization and approval from a judge. A tentative agreement was filed Tuesday resolving Page's 5-year-old lawsuit against the FBI for releasing text messages with Strzok — with whom she had an affair — that were critical of the former president. Strzok's lawsuit seeking back pay and reinstatement remains unsettled. Page sought $1,000 in compensation following the leak of her text messages to the media. Additional details about the settlement were not immediately available. In 2019, Strzok argued in a court filing in Washington, D.C., federal district court that his politically charged anti-Trump messages were protected by the First Amendment even though he sent them on bureau-issued phones while playing leading roles in the probes into both Crooked HillaryClinton ...former first lady, former secretary of state, former presidential candidate, Conqueror of Benghazi, Heroine of Tuzla, formerly described by her supporters as the smartest woman in the world, usually described by the rest of us as The Thing That Wouldn't Go Away. Strzok, once the FBI's head of counterintelligence, said he was entitled to "develop a full factual record through discovery," and that it would be premature to dismiss the case at this early stage. He went on to argue that the DOJ's position would "leave thousands of career federal Page also filed suit against the FBI and Department of Justice, alleging the government's publication of her salacious text messages with Strzok constituted a breach of the Federal Privacy Act. Page's complaint also sought reimbursement for "the cost of childcare during and transportation to multiple investigative reviews and appearances before Congress," the "cost of paying a data-privacy service to protect her personal information" and attorney's fees. BREAKING: Manhattan Jury Finds Former President Guilty in Bookkeeping Case |
2024-05-30 |
[PJMedia] Donald Trump was found guilty today of 34 counts of falsifying bookkeeping records. There was already little doubt when this trial began on April 15, 2024, with jury selection that this collection of Manhattanites would find Donald Trump guilty. Manhattan voted overwhelmingly for Hillary Clinton in 2016 and Joe Biden in 2020. As the trial dragged on for weeks, keeping the 2024 GOP candidate on the sidelines, it became crystal clear that Judge Juan Merchan was the prosecution's plus-one to this party. By all means, go through the stories my PJ Media colleagues and I have written about this case in detail and consider that this case should never have been brought, but I think the seven-man, five-woman jury verdict comes down to ten main things that were the first things I thought of as closing arguments wrapped up.
After watching closing arguments in the courtroom, Georgetown Law professor and defense attorney Jonathan Turley said, "It's not that I've never seen anything like this, I haven't even read anything like this. What I saw in that courtroom was really otherworldly. I've really attempted to give the judge the benefit of the doubt on many occasions, but what I saw [during closing arguments] was, frankly, outrageous.” "At one point, the prosecutor actually said that Michael Cohen committed a federal election violation upon the orders of Donald Trump," Turley gasped. "Now, Merchan has given an instruction that the jury is not supposed to attribute Cohen's plea deal [as guilt] towards Trump. The defense objected and Merchan just overruled him and allowed the prosecutor to repeatedly state that federal elections violations by Trump are a fact and that there's not any dispute of that," the shocked attorney added. "And Merchan just sat there. He was as useful as a ficus plant in that courtroom. I kept looking, waiting on him for any sign that the judge was even listening to some of these arguments," he plaintively explained. "I can't imagine a jury member going into deliberations and not assuming that this is an established fact that federal elections law violations have occurred in this case because [the judge] has allowed prosecutors to say it dozens of times." This, of course, makes Merchan's ruling on limiting the federal elections expert testimony all the more pernicious. Turley said the judge also allowed prosecutor Josh Steinglass to "testify" that former Trump aide "Hope Hicks burst into tears because she knew that she had destroyed any defense by Donald Trump. Really? How do you know that?" Related: Spoiler Alert: Prosecutors' Tortuous Trump Case Is 'Confusing' to Nearly Everyone At one point during the closing argument, the prosecutor testified that "catch and kill" — killing embarrassing stories before they see the light of day — were uniquely done in this case and that they'd never been done before. "That's not in the record," Turley said. "Some of the most outrageous hoaxes were killed and perpetrated [in the same campaign] by the Hillary Clinton campaign with an enabling media," Turley fumed. "In fact," he noted, "many of the reporters listening helped the Hillary Clinton campaign do that. And that was what was so otherworldly today." Turley's shocking examples of unethical behavior in the courtroom characterize the entire trial. You can see what the Trump defense team was up against. Let the appeals begin. |

OMG: US Air Force analyst admits no data exists to support implementing DEI policies
2024-05-24 | ||
OMG Must have a hawt undercover girl
Reyna, knowing that the GOP has attempted to cut back the government’s use of discriminatory DEI policies, confessed that the Air Force manipulates job titles to cheat the system out of a higher salary for DEI personnel. "We just weaseled around it. There’s nothing really they [Republicans] would be able to do," Reyna claimed. He added that the cover-up to conceal their actions moved "into this other group called Manpower and Readiness" to avoid their activity being detected. Reyna noted that DEI training is mandatory for US airmen and if one chooses not to participate, he or she "wouldn’t be qualified for promotions or he’d get reprimanded and...he’d get written up" before eventually being dishonorably discharged and stripped of all benefits. Reyna admitted to the OMG journalist that the Air Force has no data to support enacting DEI policies confessing, "I don’t know if there’s any specific data you can provide outside of just saying like, yeah, we’re getting more diverse talking about changing officers." He was asked by the undercover journalist "In your experience, have you seen or have you come across any data that actually serves as evidence that indeed DEIA candidates or troops perform better than non-DEIA troops?" Reyna answered, "No, I don't think so." The analyst also said that white men are "definitely stupid" and "definitely suck." And believes that white men "probably" make the military weaker. OMG contacted the Air Force for comment and was told in a statement, "This individual was not speaking on behalf of the Department of the Air Force."

BREAKING: Portland voters fire Soros-funded DA Mike Schmidt in landslide defeat |
2024-05-22 |
[PM] On Tuesday night, voters in Multnomah County, Oregon fired one-term George Soros-backed incumbent District Attorney Mike Schmidt. Fox 12 called the race at approximately 9:30 pm local time with Schmidt’s opponent Nathan Vasquez leading 58 percent to 42 percent. In a non-partisan primary, if a candidate garners over 50 percent of the vote, they are declared the winner of the election but don’t take office until January 2025. According to the Oregonian, Vasquez, a longtime prosecutor, began working for the District Attorney’s office fresh out of law school. Over the last 24 years, he worked his way up the chain to become a supervisor. Vasquez’s campaign focused on Schmidt’s soft-on-crime policies that have led to the deterioration of downtown Portland which has become overrun with homelessness and drugs. Since he won in 2020, Schmidt has been criticized by the union that represents prosecutors which ended up endorsing Vasquez. Downtown business groups also backed Vasquez. The Oregon Bureau of Labor & Industries found last year substantial evidence in favor of former prosecutor Amber Kinney, who alleged when she quit in 2022 that Schmidt had created a “workplace culture of fear, intimidation, and retaliation,” and had set women’s advancement in the office back by “decades.” A senior prosecutor recently accused Schmidt of making decisions regarding promotions and clemency based on political loyalties rather than using policies in place. Oregon Live reported that even a last-minute influx of cash to his campaign from groups tied to far-left Democratic mega-donor George Soros could not help Schmidt’s sinking campaign overcome all the baggage. Get Ready for More Rigged Presidential Debates |
2024-05-20 |
[Townhall] Since 1976, every four years, the presidential nominees of the Republican and Democratic parties have met for televised debates. Usually, these debates are highly anticipated and attract impressive ratings. The largest viewing audience for a presidential debate was the first 2016 encounter between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton. It drew an incredible eighty-four million viewers. Of course, the problem with most of these debates is that liberal "journalists" masqueraded as impartial moderators. Thus, previous presidential debate moderators have included Lester Holt of NBC News, Gwen Ifill of PBS, Martha Raddatz of ABC News, Anderson Cooper of CNN, and Kristen Welker of NBC News. None of these moderators can be considered fair, objective, or impartial. Every debate is the same scenario, featuring the GOP presidential candidate battling both his opponent and the moderator. For example, in 2012, moderator Candy Crowley of CNN, shockingly interjected on behalf of President Barack Obama to refute an accurate point that Republican nominee Mitt Romney was making about the Benghazi terrorists. The incident skewed the debate toward Obama. Four years later, in the Democratic presidential primary debates between Hillary Clinton and Senator Bernie Sanders, Donna Brazile, a CNN political analyst, improperly intervened by giving advance notice to Hillary Clinton’s campaign about some of the questions that would be asked. After the revelations, Brazile was fired by CNN and expressed regret, but the episode shows how the presidential debates are rigged. Unfortunately, this year’s two presidential debates will follow the same pattern. The Republican Party’s nominee, President Donald Trump, will be debating both President Joe Biden and the moderators. |

BLM Global Network files $33 million lawsuit against group helping fund college protests
2024-05-10 | |
[NYPOST] A progressive nonprofit that has been shelling out cash to anti-Israel protest groups is being sued by Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation for fraud and withholding more than $33 million in donations, a bombshell lawsuit claims. Tides Foundation, which has managed hundreds of millions in donations for progressive groups since it was founded in 1976, has "refused to honor its promises and continues to commandeer BLMGNF’s donations," according to the 285-page lawsuit filed in Caliphornia, an impregnable bastion of the Democratic Party, Superior Court, Los Angeles County, on Monday. Instead, Tides doled out an undisclosed amount of donations to a radical BLM breakaway group run by anti-police activist Melina Abdullah — who lost a "frivolous" lawsuit against BLMGNF — according to court papers and an attorney for BLMGNF. Tides, a Los Angeles- and the Socialist paradise of San Francisco ...where God struck dead Anton LaVey, home of the Sydney Ducks, ruled by Vigilance Committee from 1859 through 1867, reliably and volubly Democrat since 1964... -based nonprofit, acts as a fiscal sponsor — essentially, a clearinghouse that collects donations for groups that may not have 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status. In addition to BLMGNF and other BLM groups, it manages donations for pro-Paleostinian groups that have supported anti-Israel protests across the country. Billionaire George Soros ...either Ernst Stavro Blofeld or Auric Goldfinger come true... and his son Alex Soros have funneled nearly $14 million from their Open Society Foundations to Tides, which sponsors activist groups including the pro-Paleostinian Adalah Justice Project and others fueling campus protests. "Tides has engaged in deceptive business practices and has operated in a quasi-banking capacity without appropriate regulatory oversight of licenses," the BLMGNF lawsuit says. "Tides operates with a level of autonomy and minimal regulatory scrutiny that is starkly at odds with the regulatory framework imposed on traditional financial institutions." According to the lawsuit, Tides has more than $1.4 billion in assets and allegedly acts as a bank — only without banking regulations. BLMGNF, the national organization of the civil rights movement founded in 2017, took in tens of millions in donations after the death of Saint George Floyd ...The patron saint of Minneapolis... in 2020. At the time, the group did not have tax-exempt status from the IRS ...the Internal Revenue Service; that office of the United States government that collects taxes and persecutes the regime's political enemies... , and approached the Tides Foundation to help it manage the flood of cash. Tides, which takes a percentage of donations to manage a group’s funds, gave verbal assurances that it would return the collected money once BLMGNF received tax-exempt status, the lawsuit claims. In the meantime, it managed donations in a "collective action fund" that would be accessible to BLMGNF, according to the lawsuit. BLMGNF ended its relationship with Tides in 2022, and Tides has refused to hand over the cash, totaling some $33 million, the complaint says. Instead, Tides, which takes between 3% and 9% of the donations it processes, has sent part of the funds to other BLM groups without the permission of BLMGNF, the lawsuit says. On June 9, 2022, a Tides official said Tides had transferred $7.4 million from the collective fund back to BLMGNF. Instead, it sent part of the cash — $4.75 million — to an unaffiliated BLM chapter in Oklahoma City, the lawsuit says. "It is unclear why such a large amount would have been granted to a single city’s BLM chapter," the lawsuit says. In a statement to The Post Wednesday, a spokeswoman for Tides Foundation called the allegations in the complaint "completely false." "Resources in the Black Lives Matter [collective action fund] were never intended to be granted to large, well-funded national organizations like Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation, and were always intended to be granted to local Black Lives Matter chapters," the Tides statement says. "BLMGNF’s lawsuit seeks to circumvent the intent of the Fund’s donors and deprive grassroots Black Lives Matter chapters critical resources, for its own benefit." While Tides’ website mentions that it offers "grant management," an attorney for BLMGNF said in a statement to The Post that Tides was not authorized to dole out donations earmarked for BLMGNF to offshoot groups or local chapters. Tides said it had granted $12.6 million from the Support Fund to groups, including BLM Grassroots, a breakaway group helmed by activist Melina Abdullah. She tried to collect $10 million from BLMGNF in a "frivolous lawsuit" for her breakaway BLM Grassroots. Abdullah — who is running as independent candidate Cornel West’s running mate in the US presidential election — lost the lawsuit last year and was ordered to pay more than $700,000 in BLMGNF legal fees and costs. An attorney for BLMGNF cited a June ruling by a Los Angeles Superior Court judge who dismissed BLM Grassroots’ claims to any of BLMGNF’s donations. "This lawsuit against the Tides Foundation is not just about financial discrepancies but the principle of rightful ownership and transparency that should govern partnerships in social justice funding," attorney Byron McLain said Wednesday. In a statement to The Post, BLMGNF said it "never expected to become victims of... unscrupulous business practices" in social justice philanthropy. "There is an expectation for Black Lives Matter to challenge systems, break barriers and uphold the truth, no matter how uncomfortable," the statement said. "Today, that extends into non-profit operations as we call out Tides Foundation and other so-called ’fiscal sponsors’ who exploit their role." BLMGNF has had its own issues with finances, after raking in $90 million in donations for 2020 alone. Patrisse Cullors, the group’s co-founder, then went on a multimillion-dollar home-buying spree, purchasing two homes in Los Angeles and a property in the Atlanta suburbs with an airplane hangar and runway, as first revealed by The Post. Cullors denied that she used donations to buy the properties. She resigned from BLMGNF a month later, in May 2021. Cullors also signed off on a $6 million Los Angeles mansion, to be used as an office for BLMGNF, and an $8 million property in Toronto for the group’s Canadian chapter.

Biden administration accused of using the GOVERNMENT to try and grab votes in a key swing state |
2024-05-08 |
[Daily Mail, where America gets its news] Republicans are accusing Biden administration officials of being behind a 'vote grabbing' operation in a critical swing state. The House Small Business Committee Chair Roger Williams, R-Texas, subpoenaed multiple officials from the Small Business Administration. He says they're involved in an alleged scheme to improperly register voters in Michigan as part of an effort to boost Biden. The committee has been investigating how the SBA is involved in voter registration efforts following a March 2021 executive order by Biden aimed at increasing access to voting. It is the first time in history that the body has subpoenaed members at the SBA. 'These actions were necessary because of the agency’s refusal to comply with the Committee’s ongoing investigation into potential electioneering activities by the SBA regarding the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) they have entered with Michigan’s Secretary of State to register voters,' a release announcing the subpoenas stated. 'The fact that we are having to issue subpoenas to speak with SBA officials is extremely disappointing,' Williams said in a statement announcing the enforcement action. 'The committee has given these two individuals the opportunity to speak with us voluntarily, but this appears to be the only way to get them to comply with our constitutionally mandated oversight responsibilities.' 'The American people deserve answers and transparency on the electioneering activities of the SBA and how they have or plan to insert themselves in the upcoming federal elections,' Williams continued. 'The SBA's sole mission is to help Main Street thrive and grow, and they have repeatedly strayed from that mission to pursue outside political objectives.' The SBA under Biden announced in March the memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Michigan's Department of State. The SBA program came the same month Biden campaigned in the important swing state. Notably, the president beat Donald Trump in the battleground state by less than three percent in 2020. According to a release announcing the plan, the goal of the Biden action was to 'promote civic engagement and voter registration in Michigan,' which was dubbed a 'first-of-its-kind collaboration.' The program is set to run through 2036 and 'will help connect Michiganders to vital voter registration information from the State of Michigan so that more small business owners can exercise their right to vote,' SBA Administrator Isabel Casillas Guzman said in a March statement. But Republicans are saying the collaboration is blatant election interference and that the Biden administration is targeting swing states with the program ahead of the November election. 'It is unconscionable that during such a precarious time for our nation’s small businesses, the sole federal agency created to serve as their advocate is instead utilizing their limited taxpayer resources and time to advance partisan political campaigns,' Rep. Dan Meuser, R-Pa., said in a statement. 'The SBA’s MOU with the Michigan Department of State is a blatant attempt by the Biden Administration to illegally use the SBA as an extension of the President’s campaign.' 'They are working to elect Democrats, which is abundantly clear considering registration efforts are targeted at cities like Detroit and other urban areas. And if this is being done in Michigan, we can make an educated assumption that it is also happening in other swing states.' The subpoenas demand that both SBA officials sit for interviews on May 21. They invented the spoils system and Tammany Hall, and inspired the addition of the word (Thomas) Nastyto the English language. They want to stop continental drift and repeal the law of unintended side effects... The last Green Mountain State senator to remain a Republican through their entire term was Robert Stafford, who served more than 17 years before retiring after the 1988 election. Only Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa), 90, is older than Sanders, who will turn 83 on Sept. 8. Sanders eschewed mention of age in his announcement and instead ticked through his track record of championing progressive causes across health care, housing, taxation and more while insisting there is still more work to be done. "We must fight to make sure that we have a government which represents the working families of our country, not the billionaire class and wealthy campaign contributors," he said. The self-described "democratic socialist" is rated as the most liberal member of the Senate, according to GovTrack. A two-time presidential candidate, Sanders chairs the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions and has championed lefty wish-list items such as free college and a four-day work week. Sanders was first elected to the Senate in 2006, succeeding Jeffords after 16 years in the House of Representatives. |

So you want a suppressor? |
2024-05-04 |
[American Thinker] Most Americans know of suppressors—usually misgendered as "silencers"—from the movies. In that medium, suppressors produce no more sound than a dainty sneeze, and are used only by assassins and tier 1 special operators. It’s all very dramatic, but reality, as usual, is different. Suppressors were invented in 1902 by MIT graduate, Hiram Percy Maxim, son of Sir Hiram Stevens Maxim of machinegun fame. Patented in 1909, his suppressors quickly became popular. One graced Teddy Roosevelt’s Winchester model 1894 lever action rifle. However, in 1934, the National Firearms Act was passed, imposing licensing and registration requirements on automatic arms and suppressors, including a $200 dollar, non-transferrable, tax. In 1934, this amounted to a substantial portion of the average American’s annual income, which stalled suppressor development and sales for nearly half a century. However, in recent years, interest in suppressors has boomed, certainly in reaction to Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden, Democrats/socialists/communists (D/s/cs) in general, and their gun banning intentions. Circa 2021, just under three million were in private hands. More currently by 2023, there were nearly four million. That number has surely increased since, as circa 2021 applications/approvals were rising by as much as 17% per year, though the approval process can take up to a year. |

Malala reaffirms support for Palestinians after backlash
2024-04-26 | |
Thursday reaffirmed her support for the Paleostinians after facing backlash from netizens around the world for collaborating with former US secretary of state Hillary Clinton'> Crooked HillaryClinton >...former first lady, former secretary of state, former presidential candidate, Conqueror of Benghazi, Heroine of Tuzla, formerly described by her supporters as the smartest woman in the world, usually described by the rest of us as The Thing That Wouldn't Go Away. Politix is not one of her talents, but it's something she keeps trying to do... "I want there to be no confusion about my support for the people of Gazoo ...Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks. The place was acquired in the wake of the 1967 War and then presented to Paleostinian control in 2006 by Ariel Sharon, who had entered his dotage. It is currently ruled with an iron fist by Hamas with about the living conditions you'd expect. It periodically attacks the Hated Zionist Entity whenever Iran needs a ruckus created or the hard boyz get bored, getting thumped by the IDF in return. The ruling turbans then wave the bloody shirt and holler loudly about oppressionand disproportionate response... [...] I have and will continue to condemn the Israeli government for its violations of international law and war crimes," Malala wrote in a social media post. However, the women's rights advocate chose to turn off the comments on the said post on her social media accounts. The Nobel laureate's remarks come after she faced scathing criticism from a large number of social media users who called her out for co-producing a Broadway musical "Suffs" with Hillary — the former Democratic presidential candidate and a political heavyweight who has time again opposed the calls for a ceasefire in Gaza despite more than 34,000 Paleostinians being martyred so far.
