Democrats Have Objected to Electoral Vote Certification For the Last 3 GOP Presidents |
2021-01-02 |
[PJMedia] Democrats are outraged that Republicans are planning on objecting to the certification of electoral votes. It’s "conspiracy and fantasy," says Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer ...Senator-for-life from New York, renowned for his love of standing in front of cameras and microphones. Schumer has been a professional politician since 1975, when disco was in flower, which is 45.07573 years. Senate minority leader as of 2017... "The effort by the sitting President of the United States to overturn the results is patently undemocratic," the New York Democrat said. "The effort by others to amplify and burnish his ludicrous claims of fraud is equally revolting." "This is America. We have elections. We have results. We make arguments based on the fact and reason—not conspiracy and fantasy," he added. There’s only one problem with Chucky’s "argument based on fact and reason." Democrats have been challenging the electoral vote certification for 2 decades. The last three times a Republican has been elected president — Trump in 2016 and George W. Bush in both 2000 and 2004 — Democrats in the House have brought objections to the electoral votes in states the GOP nominee won. In early 2005 specifically, Sen. Barbara Boxer, D-Calif., along with Rep. Stephanie Tubbs, D-Ohio, objected to Bush’s 2004 electoral votes in Ohio. In fact, the Ohio electoral vote challenge was only the beginning. Rumors and conspiracy theories swirled around the outcome on election night that saw Bush winning Ohio by a close, but the surprisingly comfortable margin of 120,000 votes. So why are so many of these headlines familiar to us today? Mother Jones: “Recounting the Election: Was Ohio stolen?” New York Times:“Glitch Found in Ohio Counting” They even included some voting machine controversies. National Election Defense Coalition: “PARTISAN TECHNOLOGY FIRM IS IMPLICATED IN JOHN KERRY’S IMPLAUSIBLE LOSS IN OHIO 2004 NBC News: “Machine Glitch Gave Bush Extra Ohio Votes” Red State has more here. |

Facing 50 years breaking rocks! Doxing at work! |
2018-10-07 |
[Washington Examiner] Staffer who 'doxed' GOP senators faces nearly 50 years in federal prison. The former Democratic congressional staffer who posted personal information about Republican senators online faces nearly 50 years in prison. Jackson Cosko, a 27-year-old Washington, D.C., resident, was arrested Wednesday by U.S. Capitol Police when he was caught sneaking into the offices of Sen. Maggie Hassan, D-N.H., after 10 p.m. Tuesday and using an aide’s computer and log-in. He was charged with five federal offenses: making public restricted personal information, making threats in interstate commerce, unauthorized access of a government computer, identity theft, and witness tampering. The criminal complaint against him also charges him with second-degree burglary and unlawful entry, which are both criminal offenses in D.C. Cosko appeared Thursday afternoon before Magistrate Judge Deborah Robinson in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, who ordered him detained pending a Tuesday hearing. From August until his arrest, Cosko worked as an unpaid fellow with the office of Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee, D-Texas, which said it ended his fellowship and is cooperating in the investigation. Prior to that, he worked for roughly 17 months as an aide to Hassan and before that was employed by former Sen. Barbara Boxer, D-Calif. According to an affidavit, five U.S. senators’ restricted personal information was posted on Wikipedia.com by Cosko. The investigation began on Sept. 27 when it was found the Wikipedia pages of three U.S. senators had been edited to include restricted personal information without their knowledge or permission — information that included home addresses and personal telephone numbers. Three edits took place nearly in parallel with the high-stakes Senate hearings on Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh. Then, on Oct. 2, according to the affidavit, similar information was posted on the Wikipedia pages of two additional senators. The senators are not named in the court documents, but the pages of Republican Sens. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., and Mike Lee and Orrin Hatch, both of Utah, appeared to be edited during the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on Kavanaugh. |

More Smoke in Teepee: Dem Operative Charged in Doxxing Incident Involving Several GOP Senators
2018-10-05 | |
[PJ] Jackson Cosko, a 27-year-old grad student and cybersecurity expert who worked for several Democratic lawmakers, was charged with several felonies in connection with a doxxing incident involving GOP senators. Cosko allegedly posted the personal information of several Republicans on their Wikipedia page. He was charged with publishing restricted personal information, threats in interstate communication, unauthorized access of a government computer, identity theft, witness tampering, second-degree burglary, and unlawful entry. Fox News: According to a sworn statement by Capitol Police Captain Jason Bell, a witness Tuesday saw Cosko at a computer in a senator’s office, where he used to work, a day after two other unnamed senators' information had been put on Wikipedia. Cosko worked for other Democratic senators including Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., Sen. Maggie Hassan, D-N.H., and former Sen. Barbara Boxer, D-Calif. While earlier reports identified Cosko as an intern for Jackson Lee, his lawyer said that he was working as a fellow in her office, paid by an outside institution. The doxxing is bad enough, but does anyone else find it strange that Cosko was able to waltz into a senator's office and use a computer and login without anyone's authorization? The suspect's lawyer assures us he was acting alone: Cosko's defense attorney, Brian Stolarz, told Fox News his client acted alone. I don't want to jump to conclusions. I just want a few answers to some simple questions, like what was Cosko working on when he was caught and how did he get access to a computer in a senator's office? Posting personal information is a direct threat -- especially in these hyperpartisan times where hysteria dominates and people feel perfectly justified in threatening the life and safety of politicians and their families. The charges against Cosko could result in him getting 20 years of jail time.

GOP-doxxing suspect arrested; worked or interned for Feinstein, Jackson Lee, other Dems
2018-10-04 | ||
[FoxNews] A Democratic congressional intern was arrested Wednesday and accused of posting the personal information of at least one Republican senator during last week's hearing about sexual assault claims against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, authorities said. Working for? U.S. Capitol Police said 27-year-old Jackson Cosko was charged with making public restricted personal information, witness tampering, threats in interstate communication, unauthorized access of a government computer, identity theft, second-degree burglary and unlawful entry. Police added that the investigation was continuing and more charges could be filed. Senior congressional sources tell Fox News that Cosko most recently worked as an unpaid intern for Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee, D-Texas. Sheila Jackson Lee (D-Stupid Weave) He previously worked with Sen. Maggie Hassan, D-N.H., and former Democratic Sen. Barbara Boxer of California. He also worked or interned with the office of Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., the ranking member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, as well as with at least one other unnamed lawmaker. A LinkedIn page with Cosko's name on it describes him as a "Democratic Political Professional & Cybersecurity Graduate Student." So... worked for all those that pushed the hardest against Kavanaugh... and is unpaid? Uh huh. Either a true believer or plausible deniability? Jackson Lee's office told Fox News that Cosko had only worked there for a couple of months, but has now been terminated. "It's unfortunate," Glenn Rushing, Jackson Lee's chief of staff, told Fox News. Rushing added that the congresswoman's office is "cooperating with law enforcement." Oh I'm sure they are as their hands are "clean". They didn't give all this info and suggest things to this man. No sir. Rogue agent and all that. Hassan's office has had two substantial personnel issues in recent months. Earlier this year, an intern for the senator shouted "Mr. President, f--- you!" across the Capitol Rotunda at President Trump as he was being escorted into the office of House Speaker Paul Ryan, R-Wis. Hassan's office declined to comment on Cosko's arrest. Personal information of Sens. Lindsey Graham, Mike Lee and Orrin Hatch was posted on their respective Wikipedia pages Thursday as the Senate Judiciary Committee questioned Kavanaugh over allegations that he assaulted Christine Blasey Ford at a high school party in the early 1980s. All three have professed their belief that Kavanaugh is innocent of the claims brought against him by Ford, with Graham telling the federal judge "you've got nothing to apologize for" amid a fiery rant denouncing Democrats' handling of the allegations. The intentional publication of the information was first caught by a Twitter bot that automatically tracks any changes made to Wikipedia entries from anyone located in the U.S. Congress and publicizes them on the social media site. The bot account later deleted the tweets because the edits contained personal information. According to the bot, whoever posted the information did so from a computer in the House of Representatives. The home addresses of the senators appeared to be correct, though the phone numbers didn't appear to be entirely accurate. A "home" phone number listed for Graham appeared to direct callers to the Sexual Minority Youth Assistance League (SMYAL), a Washington D.C.-based advocacy group. Sources tell Fox News that authorities are looking into the possibility that at least two other senators were doxxed. Fox News has also learned that Cosko was discovered by aides Tuesday night working on a computer in a Capitol Hill office that did not belong to Jackson Lee. He was arrested at his Washington home the following day. Capitol Hill security officials plan to scrub the computers in question. So there isn't any nasty evidence left behind huh? I got an idea. Just shoot the fucker and bill the Dems he worked for for funeral, security and IT cleaning costs. Should run into $45,000 each. Only payable from personal funds and not reimbursable from the taxpayers. Oyh... and also a 30 year ban on hiring interns. Unpaid or otherwise. Have fun, darlings!
Jackson A. COSKO, age 27, of Washington, D.C., has initially been charged with 18 USC § 119 Making Public Restricted Personal Information; 18 USC § 1512(b)(3) (Witness Tampering); 18 USC § 875(d) (Threats in Interstate Communications); 18 USC §1030(a)(3) (Unauthorized Access of a Government Computer); 18 USC § 1028(a)(7) (Identity Theft); DC Code § 22-801(b) (Second Degree Burglary), and DC Code §22-3302 (b) (Unlawful Entry). The investigation will continue and additional charges may be forthcoming. Ummm... Pajama Boy? Is that you?

Hanoi Jane Donates $100K to Defeat GOP Rep. Darrell Issa |
2017-12-16 |
[Free Beacon] Jane Fonda has donated $100,000 to a political group solely aimed at defeating California GOP Rep. Darrell Issa, one of the most vulnerable Republicans in the country. Fonda's contribution amounts to nearly one-quarter of the group's total $440,000 haul for the year. The group's top donors include Academy Award winner Leonardo DiCaprio, comedian Bill Maher, actor Ted Danson and former Sen. Barbara Boxer (D., Calif.). Maher donated $15,000, DiCaprio and Boxer doled out $2,500 each, and Danson cut a $1,500 check, according to a report in the San Diego Union-Tribune. Jay Leno also contributed $2,500 through his JDM Foundation, an organization that Leno funds along with contributions from auto-racing companies. Flip the 49th! Neighbors in Action, the group in question, did not immediately respond to a question about whether Fonda's funding could backfire by motivating more veterans or current members of the military to turn out and support Issa. Fonda, now 79, earned the nickname "Hanoi Jane" from Vietnam veterans for visiting Hanoi in 1972 as an anti-war protester in 1972 where she posed for photos on a North Vietnamese anti-aircraft battery. |

‘Year of the Woman' senators condemn sexual harassment, campaigned for Ted Kennedy |
2017-11-20 |
[Wash Times] Sen. Patty Murray was quick to condemn Sen. Al Franken last week after he was accused of sexual harassment, but she took the opposite tack 24 years ago with another Democratic senator dogged by accusations of lecherous behavior. She and the four other Democratic women serving in the Senate after the widely hailed 1992 "Year of the Woman" election used their newfound clout to come to the rescue of Sen. Edward M. Kennedy as reports of drunken debauchery threatened to sink his re-election bid. At a Boston fundraiser on Nov. 15, 1993, Ms. Murray was joined by fellow Sens. Barbara Boxer and Dianne Feinstein of California, Barbara A. Mikulski of Maryland and Carol Moseley Braun of Illinois in what marked "the first time the five senators have traveled together on behalf of a fellow senator," according an Associated Press report. |

Arizona's presidential electors being harassed, urged not to cast vote for Trump |
2016-11-19 |
[FOXNEWS] Arizona’s presidential electors are reportedly being hit by a flood of emails and phone calls demanding they defy the voters in their state and choose Hillary Clinton ... former first lady, former secretary of state, former presidential candidate, sometimes described by her supporters as the smartest woman in the world, usually described by the rest of us as a crook... instead of President-elect Donald Trump ...New York real estate developer, described by Dems as illiterate, racist, misogynistic, and what ever other unpleasant descriptions they can think of, elected by the rest of us as 45th President of the United States... -- as part of a last-gasp bid to overturn the election. Since Trump’s surprise victory on Nov. 8, those opposed to his election have engaged in a number of strategies to attempt to nix the election or declare it invalid. Protests, many of them violent, have erupted in cities such as Portland and New York City. Others, noting that Clinton appears to be on track to win the popular vote but still lose the election, have called for the scrapping of the Electoral College altogether. Retiring Sen. Barbara Boxer introducing bill to abolish Electoral College
2016-11-16 | |
Call me Senator!Boxer Senator-for-Life from Caliphornia... (D-Calif.) will introduce legislation on Tuesday to get rid of the Electoral College, after Hillary Clinton ... former first lady, former secretary of state, former presidential candidate, sometimes described by her supporters as the smartest woman in the world, usually described by the rest of us as a crook... lost the presidential election despite leading in the popular vote. "In my lifetime, I have seen two elections where the winner of the general election did not win the popular vote," Boxer said in a statement. "In 2012, Donald Trump ...New York real estate developer, described by Dems as illiterate, racist, misogynistic, and what ever other unpleasant descriptions they can think of, elected by the rest of us as 45th President of the United States... tweeted, 'The electoral college is a disaster for a democracy.' I couldn't agree more. One person, one vote!" She added that Clinton, whom she supported, is "on track to have received more votes than any other presidential candidate in history except Barack Obama They get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren't like them... ." "The Electoral College is an outdated, undemocratic system that does not reflect our modern society, and it needs to change immediately," she said. Clinton is currently leading Trump by nearly a million votes, according to a Cook Political Report tracker of the national popular vote, but Trump won the Electoral College, leading the former secretary of State 290-232. According to Pew, Clinton would be the fifth person to win the popular vote but lose the election, with the most recent being Al Gore Former Vice President, Nobel Prize winner, and crazed sex poodle Al Gore in 2000. Boxer's legislation would amend the Constitution to abolish the Electoral College. Even if it is approved by Congress it would need to be approved by three-fourths of the states within seven years before it would take effect. Trump called the Electoral College "genius" on Tuesday morning, despite past criticism.

CDC Issues ‘CLINTON TOXICITY ALERT!' Warns Contact Could Prove Fatal To One's Reputation. |
2016-07-26 |
[HUFFPOO] DEBBIE WASSERMAN SCHULTZ, LATEST VICTIM, FORCED TO RESIGN FROM DNC! Following a string of highly visible career implosions centered around Washington, D.C., Little Rock Arkansas and New York City, the Center for Disease Control (CDC) in Atlanta issued a stern warning to anyone considering an alliance -- personal or professional -- with Bill or Hillary Clinton. According to the CDC’s CLINTON TOXICITY ALERT, "There are two types of professional fatalities commonly associated with the Clintons: Individual and Institutional. Individual Professional Toxic Infection (IPTI) usually occurs after experiencing regular or occasional contact with Hillary or Bill Clinton, where inevitably one is drawn into a web of deceit, dishonesty and self-enrichment. "Almost always," the alert continues, "to the detriment of the victim’s reputation, as well as to their soul and moral compass." Recent toxic attacks cited by the CDC, where reputations and careers were unalterably stained or ruined because of toxic Clinton contact include Attorney General Loretta Lynch, FBI Director James Comey, President Barack Obama, Congresswoman and ex-DNC Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz, Clinton son-in-law Marc Mezvinsky, U.S. Senators Elizabeth Warren, Harry Reid and Barbara Boxer, and State Department IT expert Bryan Pagliano. In most cases, the CDC notes, Clinton Toxic Infection victims were leading normal, ethical and non-criminal lives when without warning they came within infection range of Bill or Hillary Clinton. The CDC cites one recent case where the victim had as little as 30 minutes contact with a toxic Clinton. Blithely ignorant of being infected, she later explained, "We were only speaking about grandchildren and golf," as if the superficiality of the conversation should have protected her from a toxic Clinton infection of her moral foundation. Later actions proved her highly susceptible to sudden moral shrinkage, her reputation now in tatters and universally execrated. The fatal diminishment of institutional reputations is a common outgrowth of Clinton contact, especially regular ongoing contact. Institutions whose reputations were irredeemably stained or besmeared by contact with the Clintons include The U.S. Presidency, The U.S. Department of Justice, the U.S. State Department, The FBI, the Democratic Party, Goldman Sachs and the Clinton Foundation, though the latter is often listed as a perpetrator rather than a victim in the spread of the fatal disease. Individuals or organizations who fear they may have experienced fatal contact with Hillary or Bill Clinton are advised to immediately seek counsel from a priest, Jimmy Carter or an exorcist. |
